Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 working days from the date of delivery for online purchases or from the date of purchase for in-store purchases.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Exceptions: (1) Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may be returned for store credit only, unless they are faulty. (2) Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

In-Store Purchases:

  • Return the item(s) to the store where you purchased them with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Purchases:

  • Pack the item(s) securely, including the return form and a copy of the receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Ship the package to: Ilision 34, Zografou, 15771

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Costs:

Exchanges

  • In-Store: Items can be exchanged for a different size or color if available. If the desired item is not in stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.
  • Online: To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This ensures that the item you want is available.

Defective or Incorrect Items
